While Kanazawa’s compact layout and excellent transport make it a dream for independent exploration, there is a hidden depth to the city that goes beyond its easy-to-navigate streets. It is perfectly common for travellers to visit icons like Kenrokuen Garden and Omicho Market at their leisure; however, by pairing this leisure time with curated local experiences, you can help your clients bridge the gap between "seeing" a landmark and truly "connecting" with the community. Furthermore, it creates a more meaningful exchange that directly supports the people who keep Kanazawa’s unique heritage alive.
Through our work with Ishikawa tourism, we have developed our own "best of" Kanazawa experiences list that works for a range of budgets and interests. They are all well developed, trade-friendly, and commercially viable (i.e clients will love 'em).
For convenience we have added the supplier info and an indication of price (there may be some variance according to seasonality and supply chain). We have also included the details in the following location. This also includes some recommended itineraries in Kanazawa and its environs as well as further details on the experiences.
